About the position
The Administration Officer provides support in areas of customer service, reception and bookings, invoicing, and general clerical duties throughout the office of the Commissioner for Children and Young People.
Working across the office, you will assist with the:
- Reception duties of the office (first point of contact for external enquiries via telephone and email)
- Data entry, invoicing and records management.
- Manage catering for events organised by and for the Commissioner for Children and Young People office.
- Arranges travel, relevant documentation, and bookings as required.
- Booking couriers for delivery of documents and packages.
- Process corporate credit card payments to suppliers and acquitting transactions through Flexipurchase system.
- Prepare Human Resource forms and IT forms for new starters and terminations.
- Contributes to the development of administrative systems and processes, to ensure effective administration and service delivery of the CCYP office.
- Support for events hosted by the Commissioner for Children and Young People.
- Stationery monitoring and supply for the office.
- Support the management of office facilities as directed.
