There are around 634,000 children and young people in WA, and this page is for all of you.

When you are feeling upset or worried, talking can help you to work through problems or to get some help.
Talk to someone you trust - a parent, teacher, friend, family member or coach.
There are many websites and apps where you can find helpful information and tips. Take a look at our list of mental health online resources for young people.
Or if you want someone else to talk to, you can contact the following help services at any time, for free.
