Commissioner's Update - February 2022

I am very pleased to have been appointed as WA’s Commissioner for Children and Young People and have this opportunity to work closely with our children and young people, their families, community and government.

I thank the two young people, Huda Zaidi and Benjamin Smith, for their role on the recruitment selection panel and for joining me at my swearing in ceremony at Government House.

Thank you to the previous Commissioner, Dr Colin Pettit, for his outstanding work and dedication to the children and young people of WA.
